I cannot fault Helena in the way that she conducts herself. She has amazing communication that changes to suit who she is speaking to and what message she needs to get across. She was punctual, flexible, knowledgeable and respectful of everyone she dealt with or spoke about. I spent quite a lot of time dealing with other agents whilst we were searching for the right agent as well as looking for a property for my sister and I was quite annoyed with the lack of professionalism in terms of how other agents spoke about each other (from different real estates) thinking that this is something that would gain my interest or business. None of this occurred with Helena. I also really liked how Helena was considered in her appraisal of our home. Instead of coming in all guns blazing and dazzling us with a prices that we may be able to obtain, she asked that we give her some time to do some research and come back with a bit of a plan around what she thought would be a realistic and price. When she did, she had a booklet of all the information that we needed to make our decision to have her sell our house. I am happy to recommend Helena to anyone who needs a real-estate agent who works hard and does her very best to support someone purchasing or selling a home.
