As they say first impressions last. When I first got in contact with Helena, it was to organise a private viewing as I was driving in from Sydney and literally had no weekends off, and back in those days it was rare to have an open house during the week. Helana was onto it straight away, as I was the buyer back then and she was doing everything possible for the vendor to get as many people in as possible to sell the house, and that's the first thing I noticed. Going above and beyond is the work ethics everyone should have. Long story short, I've purchased 3 properties in sanctuary point since then and it was all from OZ realty sanctuary point dealing with Helena and Ben. I would call them and say, "im looking for a particular property in a certain part of sanctuary point and this is my budget", and off to work she went and delivered the goods. Helena was always available to listen to our needs and concerns. She was never too busy to take the time to sit and explain things to us. Helena said she had people on her database who were looking for a house like ours and she was true to her word. The house sold on the first morning and Helena kept us up to date throughout the rest of the process. I also have to thank Jen Thompson who came with Helena for the photos. They did an amazing job of moving things to make the photos look great. Only problem was it took me days to find some things that they had hidden.
