Hendrik Van Aswegen sold our house at Capalaba for a very amazing price. I had checked the other houses and they were around $410.000 and we got $430.000, I was amazed. He assisted with everything from how to present the property to assisting with the legal side of things. He kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything. His service alone was a weight lifted off our shoulders in a challenging time. I would recommend Hendrik for your next sale in the area.

If there is one thing I hate doing is trying to find a decent Real Estate agent. There some good ones out there then there are some shonky ( I am trying to be nice) ones out there. We all hope to find a good one but the reality is most of them will take your listing and if it doesn't sell in 2 weeks tell you to drop the price by $50k or just palm it off to their assistant until a buyer comes along. Well at least that is what I thought until a few months ago. I met Hendrik from Ray White at Capalaba during an open inspection on a house he was selling. First impressions was this bloke was pretty professional but never gave it a thought. I looked at 11 houses on that Saturday and he was the ONLY agent who took the time to call me for feedback on the property even though I had indicated to him that I was not interested. I was not bothered at all because for me it meant that he was working for his seller to get realistic feedback. He was the ONLY agent who was interested in establishing what I was looking for. So my mind was set that I was going to use him to sell my house. I was very happy with the service I received, and trust me I was not an agents ideal client. Hendrik would get a call from me every monring on my way to work for an update on what he was doing to sell my house today. He would call me after every open house and provide me a report of what feedback he received, there was no BS if the feedback was negative or positive he gave it to me how it was and I liked that. Cut a long story short he sold my house in an acceptable timeframe for a very acceptable price. Hendrik would not give up he was relentless tracking down buyers and working all hours of the night. I am appreciative of all the effort Hendrik put in and I can do nothing but highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell, for once I can honestly say it will be easy and you will get what you pay for. Upon returning to Queensland from interstate; we found agent knowledge, credibility, market knowledge noteworthy. We also noted the agent as honest which is rare in previous dealings with real estate agents. The former owners of this property should take note of the traits shown by this agent. Found them to be immature; lazy and dishonest. Maturity and children may fix that.

Hendrik has a good knowledge of the local market. He listed my home for more than I had expected. I was very surprised at the number of open homes he conducted at my address and he brought several couples through each time. Hendrik never failed to promptly give me feedback and worked had to negotiate a very satisfactory end result - a win/win for me and the young purchasers.
