Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Hendrik & Liza. I would highly recommend Hendrik to anyone. We were first home buyers and were guided the whole way through this process with such care and professionalism. We were so new to all this. Hendrik and Liza were very helpful and was always available to answer to all the questions we had. Hendrik understood the importance of getting us our first house and followed up on all angles possible to ensure that we would be able to attain our new home. He not only got us our dream home, but he made the process seem like a piece of cake. Hendrik and Liza kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us. We can't thank him enough. Even after purchasing our home Hendrik has been in touch and assured for help for any guidance or information always.Thank you very much Hendrik for all your help

Hendrik Van Aswegen sold our house at Capalaba for a very amazing price. I had checked the other houses and they were around $410.000 and we got $430.000, I was amazed. He assisted with everything from how to present the property to assisting with the legal side of things. He kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything. His service alone was a weight lifted off our shoulders in a challenging time. I would recommend Hendrik for your next sale in the area.

If there is one thing I hate doing is trying to find a decent Real Estate agent. There some good ones out there then there are some shonky ( I am trying to be nice) ones out there. We all hope to find a good one but the reality is most of them will take your listing and if it doesn't sell in 2 weeks tell you to drop the price by $50k or just palm it off to their assistant until a buyer comes along. Well at least that is what I thought until a few months ago. I met Hendrik from Ray White at Capalaba during an open inspection on a house he was selling. First impressions was this bloke was pretty professional but never gave it a thought. I looked at 11 houses on that Saturday and he was the ONLY agent who took the time to call me for feedback on the property even though I had indicated to him that I was not interested. I was not bothered at all because for me it meant that he was working for his seller to get realistic feedback. He was the ONLY agent who was interested in establishing what I was looking for. So my mind was set that I was going to use him to sell my house. I was very happy with the service I received, and trust me I was not an agents ideal client. Hendrik would get a call from me every monring on my way to work for an update on what he was doing to sell my house today. He would call me after every open house and provide me a report of what feedback he received, there was no BS if the feedback was negative or positive he gave it to me how it was and I liked that. Cut a long story short he sold my house in an acceptable timeframe for a very acceptable price. Hendrik would not give up he was relentless tracking down buyers and working all hours of the night. I am appreciative of all the effort Hendrik put in and I can do nothing but highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell, for once I can honestly say it will be easy and you will get what you pay for. Thanks to Hendrik and Lisa. Cheers Scott, Rachel, Georgie & Sienna Travers.

After looking at a lot of houses and meeting a lot of real estate agents it was refreshing to deal with such a professional and not pushy agent. Thanx Hendrik!

Hendrik went out if his way many tines to make our purchase go smoothly, he was always available at the drop of a hat and helped with any enquiry. He was thorough, obliging and professional. I had contacted x8 agents online to view properties and he was the only agent who bothered to come back to us and helped us with our new home! Many thanks Hendrik! Keep up the good work!

Upon returning to Queensland from interstate; we found agent knowledge, credibility, market knowledge noteworthy. We also noted the agent as honest which is rare in previous dealings with real estate agents. The former owners of this property should take note of the traits shown by this agent. Found them to be immature; lazy and dishonest. Maturity and children may fix that.

Hendrik has a good knowledge of the local market. He listed my home for more than I had expected. I was very surprised at the number of open homes he conducted at my address and he brought several couples through each time. Hendrik never failed to promptly give me feedback and worked had to negotiate a very satisfactory end result - a win/win for me and the young purchasers. I now consider Hendrik a friend and he will be the first person I think of if I ever consider selling/buying again. Pam Greenway

What can I say, Hendrick was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first time we looked at the property to the last time before we put an offer on it, Hendrick went above and beyond to make sure we the customer had a pleasurable experience buying our first home. We can not speak highly enough of Hendrick and would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family. Thank you Hendrick Corey&Laura Burrell

We were so pleased with the professional yet personal service we received from Hendrik. We definitely recommend him and will use his services again if we decide to move. Thanks so much Hendrik.

Hendrik helped us sell our first home. He was terrific to deal with, so helpful and always keeping us up to date. I'm pretty sure he works 24 hours a day! Even after we have sold our place and settled, we still hear from Hendrik, helping us out with our mail that is still going to our old address. I didn't think there were real estate agents around like Hendrik, he is a very genuine person and not your typical sales agent. I would highly recommend Hendrik if you are looking to sell.

We found Hendrik to be a top real estate agent because he was diligent, courteous, well dressed, professional and showed interest in OUR needs. He constantly communicated every move. Through him a sale was finalised in an acceptable time. Happy to recommend Hendrik to anyone.
