Henry was the agent we primarily interacted with in buying our property. He was very responsive, and knowledgeable about the property, following up quickly on any questions we had. More than this he seemed genuinely want to tackle our concerns about the house by suggesting ideas for improvements, and not in a "I'll just say things so you'll buy" sort of way, but in a compelling and credible manner that showed he knew his stuff. Both him and Dennis valued the house they were selling without ignoring or dismissing the flaws, while giving genuinely useful ideas for improvements, and that gave us confidence to make the bid.
