Recently we purchased at Auction a property that Henry was selling, after being the successful bidder we had the chance to deal with Henry thru the contract signing process and he was very pleasant to deal with, his experience and knowledge was very helpful and we are also considering renting out this property in the short term before possibly developing the site and would have no hesitation in allowing Henry and his team to manage this rental property for us.
