And I worked out that I saved over $5000 in fees compared to if I had chosen the other main agent in Mosman Park (and they didn't even think I was aiming for an achievable price!). Henry worked well beyond office hours on the night that the offer was put in, which I really appreciated as I was quite nervous to sign all the paperwork quickly! I was impressed with the understated yet refined style of the marketing materials (signs, pamphlets etc), which I thought were superior to other real estate companies in the area. And I really liked the real estate photos and floor plan, which were very professional and high quality. I also liked the method of sale, which was clear and straight-forward and listed the property at a price so that buyers have all the information, instead of making them guess a price range and waiting around for a date in the future to put in offers. All in all I am VERY happy that I chose Henry to be my agent, and highly recommend him to anyone else thinking of selling their house. I'm over the moon with the result he achieved.
