This increases the potential of a premium price and the best outcome for the seller.
Innovative: An avid self-help devotee and education enthusiast, Henry has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on his education over the years, including courses, books and expert coaching. With his background in IT and his Bachelor of Information Technology majoring in Software Engineering (with distinction) from QUT, he knows that if you don’t stay abreast of the trends, you’ll soon become obsolete. As well as being at the cutting edge of technology, marketing and sales Henry incorporates the techniques and strategies of gurus and experts in many fields into his approach to selling luxury homes.
Connected: Henry started off selling commercial real estate properties with values of up to $20-million. He’s dealt with very wealthy local, interstate and overseas buyers, many members of the affluent Asian community and buyers in the BRW Rich 200 list.
