Thank you to Herc and the amazing team at LJ Hooker Tully for going above and beyond on the sale of our property. As local residents, we have seen first hand how Herc puts his clients first and foremost in every sale. We trusted him immensely and knew he would give us the best result on our property sale. Our sale was handled professionally and everything went through smoothly. We highly recommend Herc to anyone buying or selling their property.

Herc assisted us with the purchase of a local property. He has good community engagement and knows the properties he sells. He is patient and sets a steady pace with a calm attitude. He has helpful contacts for finance who were also a great help during the purchase and I could not recommend them more highly. Herc was good at his job and was always there as we worked towards the final purchase.

Herc sold the house for me.

Straight shooter.. Pleasent

Herc was very obliging in our purchase from start to finish. His calm demeanour and long-standing professionalism were outstanding. We will certainly return to him when we sell in the future.

Hercules runs his business in a professional manner with friendly staff who are well trained. A great experience.

Excellent communication and Agent polite and respectful.

Hurcules was very honest and professional throughout the entire process of selling my house.

He had good market knowledge. He kept me well informed of the processes. Assisted with choosing a conveyancer..It took a really long time to sell...However, we were able to achieve a good result.

We are a couple who have been dealing with Herc since he sold us a house early last year. We have found him to be consistent, professional and friendly. He is very well acquainted with the town communities he deals with, as well as plenty of local knowledge. A good example of this is tt he way he referred us to local tradesmen who he knee to be good workers. We recommend his work ethic. Kristina and Neil Ross.l

Hercules was able to sell our block of land where others had tried and could not. His professionalism was clearly visible throughout the whole process and the communication we received from him was accurate and concise. I would recommend Hercules to anyone looking at buying or selling real estate.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Herc. He was extremely honest, knowledgeable and highly professional. So glad we selected such a fantastic agent.
