I wanted to sell one of my units in Belmore. I approached a couple of sales agents who came and assessed my unit. All I had to do was message him and he promptly answered. Even when buyers were lining up, Herman was still meticulously scrutinizing them to my advantage. At one stage I had 7 properties.
