Recently bought a house where Heston was the selling agent. I spoke to him during the open house, later that day, and then a couple of times over the next couple of days as the seller was considering offers. After my offer was accepted he stayed in touch regularly to help me through the rest of the process. Really nice guy to deal with and extremely responsive, often replying to questions or texts within a couple of minutes.
