His knowledge and experience combined with his charismatic enthusiasm meant I could cut through the jargon and have honest chats with Jonny without the BS. The sale of my home was quick, easy and with minimum fuss which was perfect, as well as achieving a price which was beyond my expectations. He has a quirky and fresh approach to marketing which works because it’s different from the boring descriptions and sameness of everyone else. Jonny kept in touch constantly every step of the way, and he’s even gone above and beyond to help me find a new home, taking time out of his busy schedule to talk through pros and cons, prices, negotiations and auctions. He just loves his job and is happy to help however he can. I’ve really appreciated his advice and ability to talk me off the ledge at times in this difficult market. Highly recommend.

We were deciding whether to or not to put our home on the market, we wanted a real estate agent that new his stuff. After meeting with a couple of agents we were still undecided, then along came Jonny Warren. After sitting down with Jonny we instantly fell in love with this guy. He started off by listening to our story (because every home has a story) then he asked what we were expecting in the sale of our home. Jonny then explained to us what the market was doing, the best way to sell our home which was auction and the marketing. When we finished speaking to Jonny my wife and I felt so confident and relaxed, we decided to be the very first auction for Jonny Warren Real estate. Jonny's knowledge of the market is spot on everything he said he would deliver he did and more. His marketing ideas are unbelievable, the time and effort put into the pictures and video was what I believe greatly contributed to us getting way more than what was expected at auction. During the advertising period there wasn't a day go by where he would call us everyday or just drop in to update us or just to see how we were going. Now that we have sold our home we still remain friends. I just want to finish by saying that Jonny is one of the most enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable gentleman I have met and I know any body that puts themselves in his hands will not regret it.

Jonny knows the market. He is very good at gauging a buyer's interest and not being pushy. Definitely recommend Jonny for all price brackets of the market. I would definitely use Jonny again should I require an agent.
