We would never have got our house on the market if not for Rob. He could see what was needed and pushed us to get things ready. He took charge and helped out with suppliers of services to help. We felt that he was on our side the whole time. Following his advice we managed a price higher than we (and him) thought we would get. He knew his suburbs and the potential buyers that were wanting to move in. I would definitely use him again.
