Thank you Mark and Michael, and thanks to your team. We really appreciate your professionalism, down to earth approach, your knowledge and your enthusiasm. You got us an excellent result in a very difficult time. Choose Mark Martin to sell your house and become winner - as we did.

Mark was a great agent. He knew the market well, and although prices were dropping as we sold the property, it was well in line with the market which he clearly has no control over. Always prompt and efficient and a lot of energy for his job. I can see why he’s agent of the year for a couple of years now, it’s well deserved… Thanks again Dale & Arthur Thomson

Mark was super helpful, friendly and went above and beyond in our sale and purchase. He was very easy to get in contact with and would respond promptly. Going through a stressful process like ours, Mark honestly made it feel a lot easier and always had honest information/advice for us. Thanks for everything

Our unit in Rafferty's resort sold within 1 day of listing. Very efficient and helpful agent. Thank you.

Mark and Michael provided ongoing contact and professional advice all the way through initial contact to conclusion of sale.

We found Mark to be exceptionally professional with an extensive knowledge of his local Swansea market. As the large RBA interest rate rises of 2022 hit potential buyers, he remained calm and helpful, always suggesting alternative approaches to achieve a sale in challenging times. Mark was clear and thoughtful in all communications, very committed and a genuine person in his dealings. He led a quality campaign with enthusiasm, energy and a clear understanding of the vendor’s needs. With his co-agent Michael close at hand, they are a formidable team in the industry. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to other buyers and sellers in this market.

After contacting several local agents we decided to sign-up with Mark from Ray White Swansea. Selling the family home is a stressful time but with Mark we felt we were in safe hands. Mark regularly kept in touch with us from day dot, during the sales and post sales process. Mark was always on hand to take our calls and answer any question we had. I have no hesitation recommending Mark as your Real Estate Agent, you will not be disappointed.
