Matt was very helpful, went out of his way to make sure the process went smoothly, answered any questions I had, kept me up to date with everything. Nothing was too much trouble ( except maybe an issue with a set of keys not wanting to work 😂😂) highly recommended Matt to anyone.

Matt is by far the most easy going and genuine real estate agent i have ever met. And he is a local Collie country boy from where I bought my beautiful country home . He is friendly, hardworking, has great local knowledge and has great professionalism. I've always rented and now I am finally proud to be a homeowner. But I wish Matt could of been my agent everywhere I've gone as my experiences have been horrible. Some real estates were so horrible to renters even if the renters did right thing and court cases were unfairly lost . I know Matt would not put up with any unfairness and would treat all people equally and with respect. I definately would highly recommend Matt for any property sales and for jobs with any real estate, anywhere. He is not only handsome, lol but well-presented and is honest and a happy person. I'm told he is new to the housing industry and I think he should stay in the business. If it wasn't for his support in buying my first home of a property older then the hills (1930s), my sale would of been a nightmare as there was alot of paperwork, repairs and inspections before hand.
