Ronnie was fantastic from start to finish. For the sale of our unit in Balga. He knows the area and was incredibly helpful. He got an amazing price for our property and was great dealing with both us as the seller and our potential buyers. Would definitely use Ronnie again to sell a property
Ronnie was very good at solving all the problems caused by the buyers of my property which started by having the building inspector do a terrible job which he was clearly not qualified to do. This set off a chain of events that led to a prolonged settlement. I warn all potential sellers to make sure the building inspector is a longtime qualified builder to inspect your property before sale.
Working with Ronnie and his team was a fantastic experience. He explained every step of the process, offered valuable advice, and always ensured our decisions were the guiding force. He was incredibly patient when we needed extra time, yet remained ready to act. As soon as we gave the word, he had the house listed and sold efficiently. Ronnie was never pushy; he made sure we were comfortable and supported us through some difficult circumstances. We will definitely use Ronnie for any of our future needs!
