Him did a great job attracting and retaining prospective buyers throughout the campaign. He scheduled all the inspections(twice a week) upfront and at the same time being flexible with buyers demands around private inspections, this is a very important factor to get serious buyers when there is generous supply and diminishing demand. He knows the area and the market well and was able to talk to prospective buyers giving them scenarios of what can be done with the property boosting their confidence to buy.
