However in an unlikely non common turn of events, the sellers than become the buyers of our property. Progress to online listing stage was prompt and easy for us as vendors. Immediate open-house sessions soon found buyer interest & Brad handled follow-up to those interested buyers promptly and our home was under-offer sooner than we had reasonably expected. Progress to sale was also seamless despite a couple of minor hiccups from third parties that he again handled professionally and with excellent communications to all stakeholders.
