I may have got a little more, but the ease of transfer was a big help to me. The buyer wanted some repairs which cost about $10,000, but in terms of the overall not a major price, this was not a major issue and was enough to cement the sale. Result, I am very happy with the outcome, and as I presume, is also the buyer.
