It is not the first time that we have entrusted Claudio Di Bartolomeo to sell and buy a property, and each time he outdoes himself! Every time we work with Claudio, we are very happy with his professionalism, experience and knowledge to ensure that our sale is successful. Thanks for all your hard work, Claudio!

Claudio was fantastic. After receiving an offer above asking price within four days, he was able to guide me through some unexpected challenges with the buyer and get the result I wanted.

Claudio made the experience of selling my house easy due to his experience and knowledge. His guidance provided best price opportunity to making a successful sale. His realistic insights, expert advice and great communication made the process very easy in helping make decisions. He took the time to understand my needs and the unique properties of the house. His personalised service, reputation and the best comparable package offered made the decision of going with Freeman's easy. This was a very personal and emotional sale and Claudio made me feel comfortable and was very helpful. Thank you Claudio for your expertise, your professionalism and support. I highly recommend Claudio as my go-to-choice of real estate agent as he is someone who has your best interest at heart.

Claudio has helped us so much with the sale of our property. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Even though we were emotional he always had the best interest for us and really helped us. Can't recommend Claudio high enough as he thinks of you, the seller, before all. Thanks again Claudio for everything.

Claudio was the perfect agent! He communicated efficiently, accurately price the apartment, and sold it at a record price. We were able to accept the first contract he presented us, and we couldn't have been happier with the price. We have nothing but praise and appreciation for his efforts in selling the apartment. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he stayed one step ahead at all times. His confidence put us at ease, and we were extremely comfortable putting the whole process in his hands.

I was not required to correct anything, all went professionally as to be expected.

Selling our property with Claudio was fast and effective, his knowledge of property and sales prices in the area were spot on, thanks heaps

Highly knowledgeable of the market. Very professional and pro-active. Would absolutely recommend to any prospective buyer/sellers. Claudio extensive experience and get it done attitude are breath of fresh air.

Claudio was very easy to deal with, which was very helpful considering I live in a different state, he advised me of a price range and I'm confident he got the best price possible for my property.

Claudio was excellent! He made sure that I had plenty of time to see the property, organising an extra visit and arranging with the tenants for suitable times for building and pest inspections. He was kind, helpful and enthusiastic.

Very good! Went above an beyond for me and was never a problem contacting him when I need help or more information about the house I was buying

Claudio was happy to work with our targets and not rushed to make a quick dollar. We were not in a hurry to sell our property however wanted to maximize our return. Claudio achieved that for us. The weekly progress reports helped keep us aware of how the sale was going the entire time. He was easy to get in touch with and happy to offer his advice but always respected our decisions and work with what we wanted. Thank you Claudio.
