I was very impressed the way Claudio handle our sale from start to finish. He keep us inform throughout and got us the outcome

Our daughter bought her unit from Claudio & found him respectful & professional. And when it came time to sell we utilised his services again. He went above and beyond to achieve the sale price we wanted with a clean contract. Thoroughly recommend!

Claudio was professional and easy to deal with, he had a good knowledge of the property and the market. He responded promptly to all of my enquiries and provided information and guidance as required. His attitude and support made the stressful experience of buying a property a lot easier.

Claudio was great. He went above and beyond to get the sale price I wanted. He was a great communicator throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Great Market knowledge and experience in the real estate game

Claudio was referred to me through my Property Manager, it was an easy process for me as Claudio did all the organising for photos and liaising with the tenants. I was given a weekly report of the sale of the property providing when inspections were scheduled. I believe Claudio got the best result for the buyer and for me as the seller, his integrity is impeccable and he truly wants the best outcome for all involved. I would recommend Claudio to anyone wanting to sell, he will also keep his eye peeled for the perfect property if you are also wanting to buy. I have owned property for over 20 years buying and selling many times however I can honestly say Claudio made this one the easiest and I appreciate it.

With my experience, Claudio's professionalism and knowledge of the property market in Cairns was all that I hoped for and he was honest about the market. I have been dealing with Freemans Real Estate in Cairns for many, many years and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody requiring the services of the real estate and property management business.

Claudio helped us get the right price for our property in a timely and professional manner. I only wish all real estate agents were like this.

Professional agent, very responsive to email and messages, and ready to spend extra time to discuss property details and answer questions. Excellent in my opinion!

Claudio was great at helping us with our first purchase, highly recommend Claudio!

Nice to get an agent who knows what's going on in your particular area. A person that shows up when they are supposed to and gets the little things done. A real pleasure to deal with. We used a previous seller in our complex who recommended Claudio, and we were very happy with the end result.

The sale process was well handled and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to use Claudio's services again.
