I am a property investor. In addition to good numbers showing the worthiness of purchasing a potential property, customer service is paramount. The difference between purchasing a property through one seller's agent to another assuming the potential investment returns are similar; hands down, boils down to the relationship and positive rapport established with all parties involved with the property purchasing/selling process. From the moment of an offer being made, to renegotiations, to inspections, to communications with different stakeholders and to settlement, Brooke has been most patient and supportive in giving accurate information to make the process as smooth and 'fun' as possible. Brooke was knowledgeable about market conditions and during the time of initial inspection of the property, she gave an accurate description of what the estimated rental income could be amounted to within the area of the property. As an intermediary between purchaser and seller, she also instructed me on the seller's wishes in a timely fashion. Communication transparency is very important in property transactions because this can mean the difference between delays and smooth sailing. With Brooke, it's all smooth sailing. As such, should there be a time when I wish to sell an investment property etc., Brooke and her team will most definitely be considered.
