Purchasing at Auction

Holly was a good communicator, providing guidance through offering prior to auction, and purchasing at auction. Whilst always representing her client, the vendor's interests, Holly none the less instilled confidence through providing information and support through the process of purchasing at auction. Holly treated us with respect, I dare say fairly and openly and honestly. Through Holly's support and advice, and of course having done our own research and due diligence, we actually enjoyed the auction. Being prepared made it as fun as it was pressured and stressful, and we came out the new owners of our dream house. Congratulations Holly and thanks.
