Holly organised the sale of our house very quickly and efficiently and kept us updated frequently on inspections and interested parties. She followed up with those who wanted contracts and passed on offers straight away, giving us good advice along the way. We were delighted that the house sold in two weeks for a great price.

We have stepped into the investment for the first time with little experience and knowledge. We had been looking into the area for some time but loosing the opportunities despite being prepared which was of course frustrating to us. It was not easy for us to travel down almost 200 kms two ways with kids just to inspect the property with fruitless result. This is when my wife thought to liaise with the Real Estate directly about the list of properties they were selling and got this opportunity to have a chat with Holly.
