We came to Holly after an earlier campaign hadn't resulted in a sale, and from our very first meeting it was clear we were in excellent hands. She took the time to really understand us and the house - its character, energy, story and what made it special. Holly is incredibly smart, creative and commercially savvy, with fantastic instincts about how to position and market a property. Her approach was thoughtful, imaginative and full of energy. We had a fabulous launch party, great media coverage and consistently impressive numbers at open homes. I loved being part of the thinking and decisions along the way, and was constantly amazed by how well she knew prospective buyers, their circumstances and what mattered to them. She was across absolutely everything! The sale itself wasn't straightforward, and securing such a great result took some serious nous, clever negotiation, patience and emotional intelligence. Holly was brilliant. She has a wonderful ability to read people and situations, think several steps ahead and know when to push and when to hold firm. Just as importantly, she's a genuinely lovely person to work with - warm, funny, kind, refreshingly direct and incredibly hardworking.
