I got to know Howard Chen via email and also after my brother met with him in Perth (I am an overseas home owner). Just after one phone call, I could tell that Howard would do his best for me. And throughout the sale process, he was proactive, ever ready to take calls or handle emails. Towards the end, once we had secured an offer, he even went more than the extra mile by calling me at around 11pm (I was still at work) to negotiate the final offer so that he could zoom down to the buyer's home to close the deal before midnight. One of the most dedicated and responsive agents I have ever dealt with, Howard made the sale process so easy and smooth.

We had a very smooth process with Howard. The thing that stood out for me was his respectful and calm mature. I do think he might need a little more market knowledge although he still seems young and that will come with experience I guess. All in all Howard got the job done with a smile.
