I have dealt with Howard for over 2 years, during this time I have found him to be an honest competant person. Howard sold my very difficult property to sell, he was always punctual and kept me informed of what was happening with it. He made sure all my lights were off as he new I had strong views about energy use and conservation. My property was always left tidy and the doors locked. When I was about to make my final decision Howard organised for an inspection of the two properties I had to pick from at short notice. I brought my sister Robyn along to reinforce my views on the property which would be more suitable for me and to point out any problems I may have missed. Howard left us in peace to consider whether to make an offer and did not pressure me to sign on the spot. In conclusion I would like to say that Howard was highly professional and competant, he treated me respectfully and fairly especially in this difficult time for me. I would thoroughly recommend him as straightforward honest real estate agent.
