Howie Hill looked after my needs perfectly. He helped finding a house and then sell the one I owned with my ex. Howie was consistently so mindful of my needs and the needs of my children - knew them by name. Whenever a property appeared in the Market he would call me and say "look this could be L's room with the privacy she needs" and so on. Amazing. Then when things were hot with selling, he displayed phenomenal professionalism, wisdom and unwavering clarity of mind. Finding a place and then coordinating the selling so that the two settlements occurred concomitently, was flawless. He was always very clear, lead the whole process with precision and confidence, in a compassionate manner whenever needed and yet never loosing focus of the task ahead of him. The main beneficiaries of his hard work were my children, who moved from the known family home into the new house without the disruption of a rented period in between. I credit Howie 100% with this - and, at times, he was swimming against current. He was never dismayed - challenges, if anything, only engaged him better.
