From the first time we met with Moe we only experienced excellent service, professionalisms, valuable insight of expert knowledge. We will forever be grateful for you hard dedication and enthusiasm in supporting us to purchase our dream home. Thank you so much Moe

Moe was really honest and realistic. He guided me well and kept up-to-date during the whole purchase process and arranged personal inspections whenever I asked him. I had a great experience with him and would highly recommend him.

Moe was fantastic with selling my property. He was able to adhesive a great price with a very quick sale. Very impressive and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking at selling their house.

I found working with Moe a pleasure. He got me the price I was asking for in a short period of time . Easy to work with and always willing to listen!

Moe was great, very easy to deal with and made the process so effortless. Highly recommend.

After several bad experiences with agents in the past, i was extremely suprised with Moe's service. There was no non-sense/games, honest advice (allowed us to hold out not accepting lower offers) and just an overall wonderful service. Cannot Recommend enough! Thank you Moe!

Moe helped me very much in this sale.. I got what I wanted. Thanks Moe.

Dealing with SKAD Real Estate has been awesome. The communication from SKAD Real Estate team was great from start till the end, I was kept updated at every step of the sale. Moe has truly been amazing in getting our house sold for the price we wanted. Highly recommend SKAD Real Estate to anyone searching for a house or wanting to sell.

Now Al-Mnahi is truely an excellent agent, from day one he was very punctual and on point when he decided to sell our property! Unlike other agents; Moe has analysed other near by properties to assist with the best sale price and got us exactly the offer we wanted with a first offer in the first week! The house was sold in the following week with a very satisfactory result. To conclude I’d like to say we are very satisfied with Moe’s services and will defiantly recommend him as your sales agent for your home. Thank you champ.
