As a co-owner of the property, I was disappointed with aspects of my experience working with Moe as our real estate agent. In my opinion, based on my personal experience during our transaction, the level of service we received did not meet my expectations in terms of communication and professional standards, which caused us considerable stress. While I understand real estate transactions can be complex, my personal experience with Moe's service left me frustrated. Based on what occurred during our transaction, I would strongly advise others to ensure they obtain clear written confirmation of all important details if considering his services.
