From our first inspection at the property, both my partner and I felt so comfortable with Maya, which was a stark contrast to many of our other inspections. It can be so intimidating and detached dealing with real estate agents who really don't care about you until you make them money, particularly when you're a first home buyer like us. As well as being truly knowledgeable on the professional front, we loved the fact that she was also local to our area and could actually personally relate to our experience. If Maya wasn't the one selling this property I really doubt we would have had the courage to put our hand up with a bid, but Maya just settled every anxiety we had in the most natural way.
