Ryan found the buyer, fixed all issues, worked with the tenant, found 11th hour solutions to problems. I could not ask for more, I just had to dign documents and Ryan did everything else.

We had excellent service from Ryan in selling our property particularly as there were a few issues on our side concerning the state of the unit, and other issues with long term strata company payments . Ryan was very patient with dealing and advising us on how to deal with these issues. Living in Western Australia we needed all the help we could get being so far away and he certainly stepped up to the mark.
