I cannot recommend Kathy highly enough. From the outset Kathy outlined how I might expect things to run, and even when there were some challenges (like me needing to provide notice to a tenant) she had great advice on what options I had and how to proceed. When it came to keeping me informed of not just advertising and procedural matters Kathy initiated communications and helped me understand where things were time sensitive or not. Not having had much recent experience of the property market or how things like the pandemic or the more recent interest rate hikes were affecting things I relied on Kathy's advice and we went with the option of an auction. Kathy organised meetings with the auctioneer and they worked together as a great team. I live interstate and because of Kathy's outstanding communication skills I even felt like I was right there while the auction happened. We are interstate vendors so Kathy arranged everything from the solicitor, marketing, handy man, styling of our home. One of the reasons we went with Kathy was her record of good sales in an Hawker and her knowledge of the Belconnen area. She had over forty groups through our property before the auction and gave good feed back after the open homes about buyers and potential pricing. Kathy was very responsive to our requests - and I liked her relaxed manner which was reassuring. We sold at auction with quite a bit of negotiation, and quick settlement so what more can you want.
