I first heard about Upside Realty a couple of years ago when I saw a free valuation for my apartment. I wasn't ready to sell and he said no problem. Call me when you are and I will have a buyer for you. True to his word, two years later I send him an email saying I'm ready to sell now! Where is my buyer? Lol Let me say firstly, he put me number 1 ALWAYS. We had a chat about expectations very early on. So after that I let him do what he is good at and that is selling Real Estate. So Thanks Harry. You are a magician.

Annoyed with myself for giving into the “conditioning” pressure where you set a lower reserve than you intended to. It shouldn’t be about just selling a house/unit at the expense of the seller. Advising purchasers that the property would sell for 2.4m or 2.5million when it’s worth 3 - 3.3 million just means in an auction you end up with a house full of onlookers not buyers. One bid 2.9mil no other bid , huge pressure to take it, I will regret for the rest of my life doing that. I’m sorry I went with Upside, flat commission means no incentive to find the cashed up buyers and sell the home for what it’s worth not just tick done on that one and move to the next. Just really annoyed at myself for not standing my ground, disappointed that Harry didn’t tell the truth to the prospective purchasers, I understand Harry’s ethos “set it low ( the reserve) and watch them ( the property) go” but when it’s set too low you get nowhere. His rhetoric attracted the wrong crowd. Then another false truth in saying the prospective purchaser only had 2.9million. In fact I now know she had 3.3million. If you deal with Upside and Harry make sure you stick to your price and don’t be coerced by false truths. The home went to a lovely lady and as much as I will miss it, I know she loves it as much as I do. No dispersions on the purchaser. If the campaign had been run properly, I would have received the correct remuneration and the purchaser would have been happy to pay that fair price. Hard to get over but sometimes life “just sucks”, don’t get sucked in like I did. Harry’s way is not a sledgehammer approach more a worming into your brain all the negatives, where you second guess yourself. So disappointed about getting involved with Harry and upside, just another sale with a ✔️ result. I’m sure to someone thinking of selling would want a positive result, not a near enough is good enough result.
