Harry helped me sell a property after it had gone through a real estate agent who went into receivership. His honest appraisal was less than what was indicated by the previous agent, but he was spot on when it sold at auction. He won't make promises which he can't keep and won't increase your expectations on what you can get, which is a good thing because you're dealing with the truth.
