We have never sold a property before via auction. Craig and the team at Christy Roberts Realestate made the process easy! Although we live interstate and were unable to get back for any of the process which made things a challenge at times, and we are typically what you would call control freaks, Craig walked us through the entire sales process - nothing was too much trouble, nothing was too rushed. Even when our buyer and her broker tried to pull a dodgy he wanted nothing to do with it and offered to find me another agent of I wanted. He also made a number of suggestions that after following them I got $30k over my asking price.
