We found Clint really easy to communicate with throughout the whole process of selling our property. He took the time to research our property thoroughly to make sure he could answer any questions from potential buyers. He found him to be very professional and personable. He was recommended to us and we would highly recommend him aswell.

Very knowledgeable agent, acted with professionalism at all times . Kept us informed of the sale every step of the way, gaining us a great result.

Clyde and I chose to sell our investment property in Littlehampton through Adelaide Hills Realeastate. We found Clint to be everything we wanted in an agent. He was professional, thorough, reliable and an easy person to communicate with. It was a joy doing business with Clint. We will happily recommend Clint and Adelaide Hills Realestate to family and friends looking to sell or purchase property in the Adelaide Hills.

Clint was very easy to work with to get us into our property. Always kept in touch and made it a pretty smooth purchase. It was a great experience and I would gladly use Clint to buy or sell again

From the first meeting Clint and the whole team at AHRE were very proactive and eager to get us the best possible price for our house. Clint was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to assist with things like quotes from contractors to help fix some things before sale. Being the first time we sold a home Clint guided us through the process answering lots of questions, he was able to get buyers in and and secure a great offer quickly which made the whole process stress free. Am more than happy to recommend there service to everyone.

Clint was very good with the sale of my property he knew what he was talking about he was always able to be reached Clint is a very good sales agent. Clint explain things very well and got me the best price the place was sold within two months

Clint really knows his stuff. He is a leader in his field. He not only secured us an amazing price for the sale of our home, he went above and beyond to find us a property that we could call our new home. In this market, where it seems to be dog eat dog, it was amazing to have someone experienced in our corner, making sure we were across our options. Always only a phone call or text away nothing was too much trouble for Clint. Although we have found a beautiful home now, if we are ever going to move or purchase again, Clint is the only real estate agent that we would call.

Tried his hardest to get most value for my home. Answered calls promptly. Went out of his way to ensure interested parties were able to view property. Girls in office great too.

Client was our RE agent for a property we purchased in Dec 2021. We found him to be very professional and helpful at all times. In an industry full of rotten apples, Clint stands out as one of the few good ones. We highly recommend him.

Clint has strong knowledge of the Adelaide Hills market. He demonstrated that he was available to ourselves and potential purchasers and was quick to respond. He offered advice that considered return on investment and achieved the result in the time frame we hoped for. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Selling one's home can be challenging, but Clint in his calm & knowledgeable way certainly instilled us with confidence. He said 2 open inspections & he was spot on. He is a true professional & we cannot recommend him & his team highly enough. We are so pleased we chose Adelaide Hills Real Estate to sell our house & will certainly choose him again if we sell again.
