This is not the second house Clint has sold for me. The first he was able to get $100k more than local agents in Murray Bridge said I would get and it sold rather quickly at that, though he had to do a little of work to get it over the line. The second home which has has just sold in Murray Bridge, sold in 1 week, while others in the area have been on the market for a few weeks. Clint was able again to get close to my asking price and kept me well informed through the process. Very professional. Will certainly use him in 2025 when I sell a couple more.
