Clint has recently sold our house and assisted in the process of buying a smaller property. Clint introduced himself at least 12 months before we were ready to sell. Over the following 12 months he sold at least 3 properties in the street and was referred to me by several people. Naturally I appointed him to sell our house. He provided guidance, advice and support throughout the preparation for sale process. He was never a "pushy" agent and his estimate for the sale price of our property was realistic and as it turned out...spot on.
