We engaged Nima on the sale of our property during a tough market and were very happy with the outcome thanks to him and his team. Aside from being able to deliver on the sale, we were particularly impressed by his negotiation skill, hustle and ability to stay calm under pressure. Thank you Nima!

Nima is a no-nonsense professional. He listens to your needs and requirements and nothing will stop him from achieving those goals. I was impressed with his positive attitude and desire to achieve results! Because of the major swing in the markets during our campaigns, initial sights were overly optimistic and expectations were needing to be adjusted. Nima did an excellent job in communicating new expectations, yet still drove to achieve the best for all parties.

Superlative Service. A very high standard of professionalism, efficiency and knowledge of the market. A fantastic ability to communicate and understand us as a client. Very approachable. Always very friendly when she came to see us and always took time to explain everything.

Nima and his team has been excellent in terms of negotiation and settling the property in a timely manner. Respected all my requests and made it happened. Would definitely recommend him!!!

We have been really happy working with Nima. Excellent communication and happy that the property sold sooner than expected.

Nima knows the forest area well and puts in a huge amount of work to make sure that ever lead is followed up and every opportunity is made the most of.

Nima was realistic and professional at multiple properties. You could tell his passion lies in realestate due to his relationships with his clients. Nima was fantastic to work with.

Nima and his team were great in helping us out to purchase an off market home in a quick and painless experience. The team have great knowledge of the local market, and we were able to purchase an off market house with a quick turn around.

The sale of our home has been quite a journey and Nima was great throughout (especially given it wasn't quite standard circumstances :). His knowledge of the area and access to an extensive buyer pool was fundamental to the successful sale of our property off market.

Really nice agent! professional, humble, and patient. fully supports us to make the best deal.
