Hudson initially valuation of my property was pretty spot on.although I upped the price I eventually got a little more than predicted.as I was interested in a property time was not on my side as to selling.hudson was very encouraging during the selling of the property and always got back to me promptly with any concerns or questions I had.it was a pleasure dealing with him.at no time did I ever feel he was pressuring me to sell at a price I was not happy withi would recommend Hudson with no hesitation
