Got the result when others failed

I had my house on the market with another agent since mid Aug 2018 and despite all the marketing and open for inspections I had only a few potential buyers view the property but not a single offer. The auction day came and gone and still no offer for several more weeks. Then I lost my patience and gave the job to Hugh and a couple of other agents to find me a buyer with no advertising and no contract. I said to Hugh: find me a buyer and you get your commission if you are faster than the others. Two weeks later I had a couple of offers and accepted one of them. Deal done and the house sold. Something that the original agent could not achieve in 4 months. Well done Hugh and team.
