Honestly I didn't look around or compare agents. I have known of Hugh and his father Bill in the Bellarine community for many years. I asked Hugh what he thought about my property in Leopold and what would be a fair sale price. I was amazed at the property appreciation in the Leopold area in recent years. I felt comfortable that Hugh and the team at Hayden Real Estate Leopold would attain the best price possible. Things that matter and why I gave Hayden Real Estate Leopold a Five Star Rating. Price: my property was placed on the market between $470,000 and $510,000. The Buyer and I settled at $495,000. Whilst there was good interest in my property which was very desirable at no time did I have to ask could they try to gain a higher selling price. Every team member was consistent in their communication that if there was a possibility of a more favourable outcome they will achieve it. As the Seller I didn't want to lose a Buyer and this is where their expertise as Realtors can be trusted. Communication: this was excellent. I was continually kept informed of progress and from the onset how best to present my property for maximum Buyer interest. Time frame: from listing to sale was only three weeks which reflects the demand and their sales expertise. Lastly Integrity: whilst this is not mentioned in the four Star pillars above. I feel my experience with Hayden Real Estate shows the Integrity of their business culture. Everything they said they would do they delivered on.
