Hung was honest and forthright from the start of our engagement at the Open House inspection. During that time he took time to help my wife with the many questions that she had in relation to the property's age, location, ownership and sale conditions. He had a strong knowledge of the real estate market and the local area where we were purchasing and brought insights that were realistic and fair. His winning smile and friendly demeanor helped with the connection and trust that we quickly developed with him. Once we had determined the house was one that we could consider as a family home, he was available to answer questions and took the opportunity to step us through the expected negotiation / sale process and allay the concerns we had with sharing our details / possible offer with other prospective buyers who were looking to make an offer. The offer / negotiation process was fair and transparent and through that time Hung stayed in contact with my wife and at no point did he place any sales pressure on her. Whilst the offer did have to go through a series of negotiation steps to arrive at a favorable outcome for both the vendor and us (buyer) I commend Hung on his professional can-do and ready to help attitude that he displayed throughout. Our offer was contingent on a House inspection and an approved Loan offer from the bank - here he provided a solid link between our Conveyancer and the Vendor solicitor to ensure there were no miscommunications whilst that process was in flight.
