We are very lucky and excited to move into this. However the house was left in a horribly filthy condition. Super depressed and disappointed. A few big crack on the wall which were covered by the frames art work. Of course our mistake not to inspect it thoroughly. We had to work out by ourselves how things are working out here. We requested the manuals/ instructions for cooling, heating, door, keys....but nothing/ missing. Definitely the vendor showed no respect to buyer at all. All they want is to sell it. My conveyancer contacted their regarding the cleanliness of the house on our final inspection and we were advised that they would hire a cleaner to do their job before settlement. And photos showed what we found on the settlement day. Just a few photos but reality was much much worse. Imagine you are excited to move in your new property and what you found is these. Literally my friends and I spent 2 days cleaning up. As we already booked removal guys so we don’t want to delay moving in so we have time to hire a cleaner but we would do it by ourselves. Calling Huss our agent guy and sent him some photos but we got ignored. Never ever recommend This agent to anyone else. By coincidence I met one of the guys from Village agent and I told him I don’t understand why your agent could do it. If they spend 1k on cleaning and after sale services is good I would definitely come back to you guys to lease or sell my old property. Or even when I want to sell my new property I would of course come to you guys. Do you want to spend 1k now and earn a 15-20k for commission in the future or you don’t spend and you don’t want to earn anything else? We learned and we will move on and love and look after the house and one thing for sure we will never treat anyone who buys our old house in the way we were treated.

We loved how Huss managed our campaign. His straight to the point and this is how it is was refreshing. He would call me weekly to give me updates and even if there were no updates he would call me just the same. After coming out of a failed campaign with a local agent that didn’t know what he was doing Huss regained our trust in the process. I would recommend Huss & the Village Real Estate team a million times over.

Huss communicated very clearly throughout the sales process, listened well to our requirements (and constructed a campaign to suit) as well as giving guidance when needed. He helped us achieve an outcome that we were very satisfied with.
