Hyung impressed us yet again!

This is our second experience selling our investment property through Hyung Byun. Long story short, he did not disappoint us but blew our expectations through the roof. Initial discussion was swift with the accurate information to start off the sales campaign. He delivered exactly as he promised and executed the sales plan in the required time frame. Not only meeting the sales requirements, he excelled the sale price by approx. 18.5% more than what the current market trends is as well as hitting higher sales than what we were forecasting initially. He jumped through the hurdles with CAN DO attitudes and achieved the best outcome for us. As mentioned in my first and this review, he is the go to Agent for any real estate matter for accurate advice whether it is his area or not.
