Iain and his team were friendly and professional. We asked for a quick sale and they achieved it. It wasn't easy as we had moved back to London, and they went above and beyond for us, helping with clearing the house, sorting out charity to receive the furniture we left behind to dress the house, even taking some of it to the tip. You couldn't ask for better team to sale your house.
Iain was happy to accept our attempt to rationalise the expense of a boundary fence, when we had started off not wanting to need one. But someone beat us to the southern end of the place, so we needed a fence, and he negotiated with that someone to get us over the line for the northern end.
Ian was extremely helpful, always returned my phone calls and went out of his way to be if assistance even after the property had settled.
