Ian was accessible when we needed him and was able to contact previous users of the house to find out the alarm code key and facilitating a fast completion of purchase contract.Negotiations started on 27/8 and we were the owners on 25/8. In between those dates Ian was able to give us a site plan and house plans for both story's which assisted our decision to buy. Ian very helpful and trustworthy.
