I am based in Singapore and with Covid have been unable to travel to Perth but still recently purchased a block of land through Ian all via phone calls and emails. Everything about Ian's handling of the process was extraordinarily professional from a great web listing including copious photos, reference document including building plan and site survey through simple signing of documents all via the internet. Through to regular touch bases and catch ups during the settlement period to a few congratulatory emails once the sail was completed.
