Ian started his 20 year real estate career selling international property in Spain, Mallorca and the Canary Islands. After emigrating to Sydney, he spent many years as sales manager for Richardson & Wrench Balgowlah/Seaforth before moving to join the Sweetnams team in the heart of Balgowlah.
Over the years, Ian has achieved numerous street records for home prices in the Seaforth-Manly area, as well as receiving many prestigious awards in recognition of his hard work on behalf of his vendors.

Ian has two grown up daughters – Emily 23 and Flossie 19.
