Looking at another property to buy I came across Ray White Berkeley Vale. After speaking with Blair I decided to go with Ray White Berkeley Vale to sell my unit. Blair and Ian were wonderful from beginning to End my Property sold on the first Open House and I’ve since purchased my next unit Through Ray White with Blair and Ian
Ian Boyle has sold three homes for me now, I cannot recommend him high enough, his professionalism, knowledge of the area and the market is outstanding.
We decided to use Ian as he was recommended by a friend. We found the advantage in using Ian was his extensive knowledge of the Berkeley Vale area where he is located. Ian worked with us to design a strategy for the sale, he kept us up to date after every open house and showed our property when potential buyers could not attend the open days. We also valued his recommendations for support services - conveyancing etc. All of this resulted in a successful outcome for us.
Ian was fantastic throughout the whole process of sale, A true professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience Will definitely use Ian again in the future

We met Ian during our first weekend of inspections in this area, he was welcoming and open to share his knowledge about the area, and very humble and approachable. After that weekend we saw him in other few properties, until we found our house. Throughout the process, Ian shared with us his understanding of the local real estate market. His clear and open communication, along with his approachable nature. Ian assisted with the negotiation process, and we can’t wait for settlement day. We are really happy with our new home and grateful for Ian's work and dedication. He is a reliable and skilled real estate agent.
Ian was very helpful and upfront, and very responsive to our questions. Thanks very much Ian for your help and guidance. Highly recommend.
