Ian has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Berkeley Vale property market. He is professional, understanding and approachable and works in your best interests to make the selling of your home as smooth as possible. This is the second home I have sold with Ian and would have no hesitation in recommending him
Our experience from the day we made an offer, purchase and to the day we handed him the keys for property management, he was very professional , courteous and went over and above. Thank you Ian for all your help. We are extremely comfortable to leave our property management with your agency
Always prompt in his communication weather it's email or phone call. Well Recommended and easy to deal with and Marketing was great and thorough!!
We have known Ian for several years now and he has helped me sell my house in Penrith (prior to moving to the Central Coast) and now he has sold us one home and sold our last 3 properties. The last home he achieved a better price that we ever expected. Ian always impresses us with his knowledge of the local market and what needs to be done to get the best possible price. Ian and his team are the best group we have ever dealt with. I recomend Ian to anyone I know who are thinking of Buying or selling.
I bought my original unit with Ian so when I needed to sell there was no problem I went back to Ray White and had Ian sell my unit and purchase my new unit he worked very hard to get my price and to find another unit for me.
Ian was very helpful from inspection to finalisation. He provided the information we needed and wasn't pushy. Ian and his staff helped us along the road to buying our first home, and Ian was very easy to deal with.
From the time of our first meeting till the open house and sale, Ian was professional and very knowledgeable, we achieved more than we thought thanks to Ian
We were so impressed with Ians ability to match potential purchasers to our property. Ian has communication skills, is open and honest and is extremely personable. We highly recommend Ian to anyone selling or purchasing.
I brought my property of Ian in December 2013 & I used Ian Boyle to sell it for me. I found him to be straight down the line and honest with his approach to selling. I followed his advice and judgment and presented the property as we agreed to give it the best chance of selling. I was very pleasantly surprised I we received decent strong offers within the first few home opens and I accepted the offer. Everything went smoothly and the communication was fantastic before and after hours. All up start to finish took no more than 5 weeks and that’s because I listened to the advice and was realistic on where the market was at and what Ian delivered. I have no hesitation with recommending Ian Boyle to the Real estate market.
We had a good experience working with Ian as the sellers' agent, and his colleague Jake, buying our first home in a very stressful and competitive market in the 2261 zip code Central Coast in Feb/March, 2021. We interacted with Ian on a couple different properties, and found him to be open and straightforward. Ian and Jake were knowledge about the property we ended up purchasing, from the history of the home to filling us in on the surrounding neighborhood. Once we entered the offer/negotiation stage it was clear that Ian was doing his best to be up front about the position of the sellers and communicate fairly with all sides. Even after our offer was accepted Ian has continued to be highly responsive and supportive in walking us through the remaining steps in the purchasing process.
We spoke to four different agents and were very happy that we chose Ian. Ian was open to our wish to customise their standard marketing package and was our only point of contact during the entire sales process not a junior member of his office after the agency agreement was signed. Ian is very friendly and a good listener. His communication was prompt, keeping us updated by phone after each open house/discussion with potential buyers. We were pleased with his recommended achievable price range, which was spot-on. His advice regarding the process to negotiate the price up was successful. We have already recommended Ian to others who are thinking of selling their property.
This is the 3rd time we've used Ian to buy or sell a property. Each time he's been thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Both times he's sold for us he's achieved results within a week of listing the property and has exceeded our price expectations. I've no doubt we'll use Ian next time we are buying or selling real estate on the Central Coast.
